Sharper Thinking were approached by a global horticultural supply company who wanted to provide more technical support to its grower customers.

 

The Activity

Sharper Thinking wrote and edited a number of Technical Papers. These papers included a range of both technical and commercial topics, intended for the client’s European grower customers. The Technical Papers covered a range of topics to support the grower’s activities. This not only helped their customers to use the products in the most appropriate way to ensure product efficacy, they also ensured that specific marketing messages regarding product quality and value-for-money reached the customer, helping to enhance customer loyalty.

 

The Result

This work resulted in eight new well written and easy to understand Technical Papers. These papers are continuing to help the client support their customers across Europe, giving them the information that they need to use the products effectively and to build brand loyalty.
