An established business wanted third party advice to assess current market appetite to purchase business assets and to search and introduce potential buyers.

Sharper Thinking, with their expertise in the horticultural industry in the UK, put together a simple portfolio of documents with key selling points and also provided all the necessary None Disclosure Documentation.  Through their knowledge of the industry, as well as individual and companies working within it, Sharper Thinking collated a list of potential buyers, agreed the contact list with the client and then arranged all the meetings.

 

The Result

After meeting with potential buyers, the client discovered a renewed enthusiasm for keeping company and decided that the company disposal was not the best course of action. Despite this, the client built up a number of key contacts through this process, and the subsequent meetings have led to potential business collaboration in the future.
